Why, oh WHY is it always when I’m rushing on my own deadlines that I receive urgent order with awesome theme. Birds, in color, I mean, this is the best subjet I could get (with insects), why does it happen when I have no time to enjoy it?!!! >o<’
Anyway, doing this makes me realise how much I MISSED drawing birds. ;^;

This is a preview of a stupid idea which ended up in an unexpected seven pages interlude that I drew for the second book of Be-twin… XD;
You can’t imagine how nice it is to have progressed that much in the story, because I can AT LAST drawing this kind of bro-scene without it seems out of context. The more I go with these two, the more excited I am, they grew up so much in my heart. And a lot is thanks to you all… ♥

Alex > SURTOUT chez les fourmis! XD Depuis toujours les parents de Tany ont une ribambelle de fourmis pour les aider (dans la gestion du troupeau de pucerons et de la nurserie). Tan a donc grandi entouré de fourmis en guise de frère et soeurs, nounous, amies etc… Du coup le feeling passe super bien entre elles et lui, quelle qu’elles soient. ^-^

Quand j’avais cherché un flingue pour Amelly, je voulais autre chose que les classiques (mais très classieux) Luger et mauser, et j’avais fini par trouver celui-ci en photos. En voyant que je me mettais sérieusement à mon webcomic et que j’aimais vraiment la gueule du joujou, ma moitié a fini par me l’offrir pour mon anniversaire ♥
I hope that Amelly has bigger hands than me, because it is so damn hard to manipulate his gun with just one hand! XD;

Tany is explaining to Wenn (in formation with the saddler of the village) how would look like the saddle of his dreams. The poor Wenn has three problems :
- Tanathin wants something very complex, with straps, pockets and gadgets everywhere.
- Tanathin has the artistic talent of a brick, give a charcoal to an ant and it’ll draw a better plan. XD;
- Tanathin speaks so fast and eat so much words (not talking about how his scar helps… XD; ), that with the two previous points, Wenn doesn’t understand a single thing of what his friend wants.
The funniest part of the scene is to know that a dozen of years later, the perfect saddle that Wenn will create for his friend is a simple bellyband with three straps, so he can be free of his movement, like the reckless rider he’ll become.
